Please note: as per HMRC Notice 700 section 8.3 any postage costs charged are subject to 20% VAT for UK customers.
Postage costs are based on order value, size & weight of the parcel and whether it contains any flammable liquids (spirit based dyes). We'll always try to find the lowest cost for sending goods out to you.
Indicative postage costs:
- Large letter (24 Tracked) = £4.17 (£5.00 inc VAT)
- Small parcel (under £50 value - no flammables) = £5.25 (£6.30 inc VAT)
- Small parcel (under £50 value - with flammables) = £8.00 (£9.60 inc VAT)
- Small parcel (£50 to £100 value) = £9.00 (£10.80 inc VAT)
- Small parcel (£100 to £200 value) = £10.00 (£12.00 inc VAT)
Note: From 01/03/25 the following additional postage surcharges apply for long length parcels:
- over 120 cm in length: £8.33 (£10.00 inc VAT)
- over 140 cm in length: £9.17 (£11.00 inc VAT)
- over 160 cm in length: £10.17 (£12.20 inc VAT)
Please remember to check the delivery address shown on your invoice is correct before you pay it.
Goods are sent by courier or Royal Mail depending
on size / weight of parcels and contents. As Royal Mail won't transport flammables (spirit based dyes) those orders have to be sent by courier.
