- Add your address and contact details. If these have changed since you last ordered remember to update them.
- List everything you want to order (using our item codes really helps with that) and use the ‘Submit Form’ button or email completed form to: orders@leprevo.co.uk
- We’ll send you an invoice with a link for secure online payment by Visa/Mastercard
debit or credit card. If that doesn’t suit then BACS is an option (cheques are a last resort and your order will take much longer to process).
Note:> please remember to check the delivery address showing on your invoice is correct. - If ordering leather say roughly how many square feet you want – it helps us select the best hide for you. Your invoice will show actual cost for the size piece you’re supplied.
- If something is out of stock we’ll let you know when it’s expected to be back in, or suggest an alternative.
- You can either send us an email listing everything you want to order (using the order codes from the website or catalogue really helps) along with your name and the delivery address or save a copy of the order form to your computer, fill it in and attach to an email.
- Alternatively print off the completed order form and post to: Le Prevo, 1 Charlotte Square, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4XF
- Once the order is processed we’ll contact you to arrange payment. This can be done by an electronic payment link in an invoice or we can take card payments over the telephone.

TELEPHONE ORDERS
Taking orders and payments by telephone slows down processing all orders. It's best to email orders and queries as that helps us focus on getting orders processed and dispatched. Your order won't get processed any quicker by telephoning it in!
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
If it’s in stock we aim to have your parcel ready for dispatch within a couple of days of payment.
Depending on parcel size and weight your order will arrive by Royal Mail or courier - however
we can’t guarantee delivery times.
